Photoshoot in Curaçao.

1. Put together your shoot

   Choose your photoshoot, location and any extras. Send your details and preferred date. Your inquiry is non-binding and is not yet a confirmed booking.

2. Your personal customer page

   After your inquiry, you receive a personal link by email. Your page brings together our messages, arrangements and invoices once issued. Your selection and download galleries are linked here later. You do not need to create an account. Keep the link safe and do not share it with others.

3. Discuss your plans and confirm your booking

   I check availability and discuss your wishes with you. Once we have agreed on a date and your deposit has been received, your shoot is confirmed.

4. Time for your photoshoot

   We meet at the agreed location. I offer guidance during the shoot to help you feel relaxed in front of the camera.

5. Choose your favourite photos

   You receive a selection gallery with low-resolution, watermarked photos. Most images are unedited; a few edited examples show the difference. You have two weeks to choose. Need longer? Let me know in time.

6. Invoice and editing

   After your final selection, you receive the invoice for the remaining balance, including any extra photos. I edit your chosen images. For regular shoots, estimated delivery is about one and a half weeks after your selection, depending on the number of photos. Other projects have separately agreed timelines.

7. Download and keep your memories

   You receive your edited photos through a personal download gallery. Download them within 30 days and make your own backup. After receiving them, you can indicate which photos I may share. This is entirely optional.

You can book a regular photoshoot from two months before your preferred shoot date.

Weddings can be booked further in advance. Please contact me to discuss the options and availability.

Every delivered image is professionally edited: natural colour correction, exposure adjustments, straightening and composition refinement. Distracting people in the background are removed where possible.

My style is natural, authentic and true to the moment. Edits may be subtle and intentional. I do not overly smooth skin, drastically change body shapes, replace skies or create unrealistic AI-style images. My portfolio reflects the style you can expect.

Advanced retouching may be available for an extra fee. Please discuss your wishes first; not every edit is possible.

After the shoot, you receive a selection gallery containing mostly unedited images. I include a few edited examples so you can see the difference. The photos in this selection gallery are low-resolution previews with a watermark.

You have two weeks to choose your favourite photos. Need more time? Let me know before the deadline and I will extend your gallery.

RAW files are not delivered. All unedited files are deleted after the selection process.

For a regular photoshoot, you can expect your edited photos approximately one and a half weeks after submitting your final selection. This is an estimate: turnaround also depends on how many images you choose. A larger selection takes longer to edit.

Delivery therefore also depends on how quickly you submit your selection. Weddings, events and real estate have different delivery timelines, which we agree separately. Need your photos sooner? Please discuss express delivery before booking.

Your edited photos are kept for 30 days after delivery. Download your files in time and make your own backup.

Your date is secured by a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount for your selected currency is shown in your shoot summary. It confirms your booking and reserves your time exclusively for you.

Submitting an inquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Travel fees may apply outside Willemstad or towards Westpunt to cover fuel and travel time. Costs depend on the location; choose your location in the calculator or ask for a quote.

Weddings, real estate, video and other custom projects are quoted individually. Discuss special editing requests before booking.

Curaçao’s weather is difficult to predict and weather apps are not always reliable. For a location further away, I cannot check in advance whether it is raining there at that moment. Fortunately, showers are often brief, so we usually wait until it is dry.

If the rain continues and the shoot cannot go ahead, we will look for a new date together, subject to both our schedules. The deposit is non-refundable. For shoots at distant locations, the agreed travel-time fees remain payable even in bad weather.

If you would like to move your shoot, please request this well in advance. An alternative date depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

You may cancel your shoot. The deposit is non-refundable because your date and time have been reserved especially for you. If you cancel within 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the full agreed shoot amount will be charged.

Once you submit your final photo selection, you receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Any extra photos you choose are included on this invoice.

Payments in euros: via a payment request to a Dutch bank account. Payments in US dollars (USD): via a payment request, with credit card payment also available. Payments in Caribbean guilders (XCG): via an invoice with the ORCO Bank account details.

After receiving your photos, you can let me know whether I may share them on my website and social media. You can also specify which individual photos I may and may not use.
